Beach Day

I've had this swimsuit since high school. IDK whether that is a proud moment or not hehe

The last two days I just needed to get out of the house, out of this quarantine mind-set and head to the beach. It was so nice to just lay on the sand and soak up some Vitamin D and enjoy the day. I was stuck in that mind-set that I needed to clean the house and that I had a lot of stuff I needed to do - but at the end of the day, the mess will always be there and the stuff I need to do will always be there but the beach is something you should go and enjoy with company you enjoy.

My other favorite thing to do is go and find a coffee shop that I've never been to and get an iced coffee. I LOVE coffee. It's one of my top 5 hobbies (if you can call that a hobby hahaha) It's just something fun to do while most things are still closed right now, but even if everything was open I would still be getting an oatmilk latte somewhere hehe ...

Jerry the Seagull

This is Jerry - he really did try to sneak onto my blanket and eat all my snacks. I kept covering them with a towel in hopes he wouldn't join me. Everyone on the beach kept glancing over as he inched closer and closer to me. Finally he left, but it really was funny to watch.

Anyways, I hope you all get outside and soak up some sunshine today. You're not always promised another hour, minute, or day. Just do the things that make you happy now. You won't regret it!

Also - driving around and just getting a coffee counts too! I said so!
